We have fully competent staff who have gained professional qualification and further their development by taking on regular training courses. Everyone working in the Setting has undergone an Enhanced Criminal Record Bureau check. All our professional in their particular areas are totally dedicated and fully committed to providing the finest care for the children. All members of staff are parents themselves so understand the feeling's that are involved with leaving your child at a setting.

Gail Healey ( Manager )

Gail has been involved with Bright Sparks for the last 32years when her own children attended the Setting, she fully understands how parents feel when leaving their children for the first time. In 1998 Gail took over the business and became Bright Sparks proprietor and Manager. Gail holds a Diploma in Pre-school Practice and an Advanced Diploma in Child Care and Education as well as many other specialized areas.

Carol Mullan

Carol has been working at Bright Sparks for the past 19years, her dedication to settling the children and watching them grow and learn is evident to see throughout the day. Carol excels in Creative Development with children leaving the setting able to follow those necessary stages in their development.

Gemma Aldred

Gemma has recently joined the team and has completed her level 2 qualification and is currently working towards her level 3, her fresh new and exciting ideas will benefit the setting. Gemma loves physical development and has taken on our Yoga class as well as being very involved in health/nutrition and our new oral hygiene programme.

Gemma has 2 young children so her dedication and interest in the way children think, learn and their development will been evident throughout the activities and roles she takes on at Bright Sparks.
